B177 was sent to Katherine Dreier in New York in 1926, exhibited in Brooklyn, Buffalo and Toronto during 1926-27 (which provides the size as 50x50cm), sold by Dreier in 1927 and then lost.

The photograph of B177 (fig. 1) was published in a book by Frederick Kiesler in 1930.

The shade of grey top left of the painting suggests that it might have been yellow.
